Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp of matcha / 2 g of matcha
- 50 ml of cold water
- 200 ml your choice of milk
- Ice cubes
- Optional: 1 tsp of maple syrup or vanilla syrup

Instructions
- Pour 50 ml cold water into a glass.
- Add 2 g matcha (about 1-2 tsp) (tip: sift to avoid clumps).
- Whisk with an electric whisk or traditional bamboo until smooth and creamy.
- In another glass, add some ice cubes.
- Pour your preferred milk into the glass with ice cubes.
- Gently pour the whisked matcha over the milk, watch the magic, and stir with a spoon.
