This is probably our favorite matcha drink. It’s fruity, refreshing, and just the right balance of tart and sweet. Bright, vibrant, and easy to sip, it’s the kind of drink that instantly lifts your mood—perfect for sunny afternoons, a mid-day pick-me-up, or whenever you want a little twist on your matcha routine.
Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp of matcha / 2 g of matcha
- Ice cubes

200 ml lemonade (we've used raspberry lemonade for this recipe)

Instructions
- Pour 50 ml cold water into a glass.
- Add 2 g matcha (about 1-2 tsp) (tip: sift to avoid clumps).
- Whisk with an electric whisk or traditional bamboo until smooth and creamy.
- In another glass, add some ice cubes.
- Pour your preferred lemonade into the glass with ice cubes (we've used raspberry lemonade).
- Gently pour the whisked matcha over the lemonade, watch the magic, and stir with a spoon.
